Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Forlytica Applied™ is the applied-science and enterprise implementation division of the Forlytica Research Group. This website (“Site”) describes applied intelligence frameworks, institutional engagement models, certifications, diagnostics, and commercial implementations derived from validated research.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Purpose and Use of the Site

a) Applied-Science Scope

The Site provides high-level descriptions of applied intelligence divisions, methodologies, and engagement models. It does not disclose proprietary equations, algorithms, datasets, or internal research mechanics.

b) Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

c) Permitted Use

You may:

• Review public materials

• Reference the Site for informational purposes

• Inquire about partnerships, licensing, or institutional engagement

All use must comply with these Terms and applicable law.

d) Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, infer, or extract proprietary systems or methods

• Misrepresent Forlytica Applied’s role, findings, or capabilities

• Use Site materials for deceptive, unlawful, or competitive misuse

• Interfere with Site operation or security

e) No Rights Conferred

Access to the Site does not grant any license to proprietary frameworks, systems, data, or intellectual property unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Commercial Engagements

All applied work—including certifications, diagnostics, assessments, licensing, or commissioned analysis—occurs only under a separate written agreement defining scope, deliverables, intellectual property, confidentiality, and commercial terms.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, proposal, or commitment to provide services.

4. Intellectual Property

a) Ownership

All Site content, including text, graphics, layout, trademarks, logos, and visual systems, is owned by or licensed to Forlytica Applied or its affiliates and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

b) Limited Reference Use

Public content may be referenced with proper attribution. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use requires prior written permission.

c) Trademarks & Visual Identity

“Forlytica,” “Forlytica Applied,” associated marks, and visual elements may not be used without authorization.

5. Submissions and Communications

Unsolicited submissions are non-confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. Submission does not create any obligation, compensation right, or ownership interest.

All communications must be lawful, accurate, and non-disruptive.

6. Disclaimers

a) Informational Nature

Materials on the Site are descriptive of applied frameworks and engagement models and do not constitute investment, legal, medical, regulatory, or professional advice.

b) No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Non-Reliance and Limitation of Liability

Use of the Site does not create any advisory, fiduciary, client, or professional relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forlytica Applied disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Site use. If liability cannot be disclaimed, it is limited to USD $100.

8. Ethical and Responsible Use

You agree not to misuse Site content for misinformation, misattribution, deceptive representation, or unethical application.

9. Third-Party References

References to external institutions, technologies, or organizations are for context only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

10. Compliance and Export Controls

You agree to comply with applicable laws, including export controls and sanctions. You represent that you are not subject to applicable trade restrictions and will not use the Site for prohibited end uses.

11. Security and Responsible Disclosure

If you identify a potential security issue, contact engage@forlyticaapplied.com. Do not attempt unauthorized access, testing, or disclosure.

12. Governing Law and Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue lies in Utah County, Utah.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use.

13. Revisions

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
